A tasteful marriage between bird and pig…tender pieces of Irish Chicken thigh and breast and mild smoked ham in a rich creamy white sauce, cooked with white wine, herbs and spices in a shortcrust pastry base topped with a puff pastry lid and sprinkled with poppy seeds. Made with 100% Irish chicken and ham and using only the freshest ingredients.

  • Cooking Instructions

    • It's as easy as pie.
      Reheat before consuming.
      Place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
      Heat for 20-25 mins. Ensure pie is piping hot before skoffing!
